Overview:

Code repository accompanying the publication "Transport barriers and directed transport in the rational standard nontwist map".

Codes are available in the file "rsnm-codes.zip".

The files to create the data for each figure is separated in the corresponding folder (fig1, fig2, ...).

Requirements

• Fortran compiler (gfortran, ifort, ...).
• Your prefered plotting tool to create the figures (matplotlib, gnuplot, grace, ...).

Figure 1

Figure 1(a) and Figure 1(b) are obtained running: $ python fig1a.py and $ python fig1a.py , respectively.

Figure 2-10

The data to generate the figures from each panel can be generated by running: $ python compile.py with the corresponding control parameters, which are described in the file parametros.f90.
